12th March 2024, Vanessa Vohs gave a presentation at ”DKF – European Network for Offset, Counter Trade and Industrial Participation” conference. The presentation about AI and Autonomy in Weapon Systems touched upon trustworthy use of AI in defence, exemplified by our AI4DEF project.
During the European Cyber Week the CAID conference addressed defence applications for Artificial Intelligence. Our Technical Coordinator Bruno Carron from Airbus-Fr delivered a lecture inspired by the AI4DEF use cases on “Semantic search for defence applications: using AI text-generation to measure robustness.”
Last week the AI4DEF consortium met at Terma premises in Copenhagen for our first demonstration out of three. 17 partners as well as representatives from the European Commission, 4 Ministries of Defence as well as affiliated authorities were attending the event. Artificial Intelligence Applications & Innovations Conference Our Technical Coordinator, Bruno Carron from Airbus-Fr, presented the challenges that are addressed in the AI4DEF project with regards to the value and impact of #AI in Defence applications.
